Do you also provide event direction and technical production?

Yes. CLEIS handles the full direction — audio, video, lighting and streaming — with in-house technicians and qualified partners. We coordinate every stage, from concept to the live show.

Can you organise hybrid or live-streamed events?

Absolutely. We produce hybrid and digital events, including live broadcasts, thanks to our technical facilities and proprietary platforms such as the “Traliccio 922” studio.

Do you offer consultancy on communicating corporate sustainability?

Yes. We help companies integrate sustainability into their communication, developing content and formats consistent with ESG principles and Corporate Social Responsibility.

How do you make an event truly memorable for the audience?

We start from the experience. We build tailor-made formats that engage people emotionally, combining storytelling, visual creativity and interactive technology.

Can you handle just part of a project?

Of course. We offer both complete projects and individual services — graphic design, copywriting, press office, media relations or social media management — depending on the client’s needs.

How do you make sure an event complies with GDPR?

We take care of compliance. We manage participants’ data according to GDPR rules, preparing privacy notices, consents and secure processing procedures.

How long does it take to organise a corporate event?

It depends on the complexity. On average, 4 to 8 weeks for a complete event; thanks to our in-house team we can also handle leaner or last-minute formats.
